About the Programme

Moving to a new country can bring hope, excitement, and new opportunities. However, it can also feel confusing, lonely, or overwhelming. Thrive in the UK is here to help you find your footing. It’s a safe, supportive space where you can learn, grow, and connect with others who understand your journey. Each week focuses on a different part of life in the UK from your rights and relationships to your health and future goals. You’ll learn from community leaders, lawyers, health professionals, and peers who have walked the same path.
