Celebrating Excellence: Tulia Group Wins Professional Services Firm Award at the UK-Zimbabwe Business Expo

It is with immense gratitude and joy that I share the news that Tulia Group CIC has won the Professional Services Firm Award at the UK–Zimbabwe Business Expo Awards 2025.

Although I was unable to attend the ceremony in person, this recognition deeply humbles me. It represents far more than an individual or organisational achievement; it is a celebration of what happens when purpose, passion, and community come together.

At Tulia, our mission has always been clear: to provide legal advice and holistic support for migrants, particularly those within the Zimbabwean and wider African diaspora. Many of our clients arrive in the UK carrying not just suitcases but stories, of resilience, sacrifice, and hope. They are professionals, carers, students, and families striving to rebuild their lives in a new land while maintaining deep ties to home.

Winning this award affirms that the work we do , often behind the scenes, in moments of crisis, or in long journeys toward stability matters. It highlights the importance of accessible, compassionate, and culturally intelligent legal support for our community.

This recognition is not mine alone. It belongs to every member of the Tulia family, our dedicated team, volunteers, and partners, who share a common belief that justice and dignity should never be limited by language, immigration status, or background. It also belongs to every Zimbabwean in the diaspora who continues to rise, build, and contribute meaningfully to both the UK and Zimbabwe.

The UK–Zimbabwe Business Expo has become a powerful platform for celebrating excellence, innovation, and collaboration within our global Zimbabwean community. To be honoured among such visionary entrepreneurs and change-makers is both inspiring and motivating.

As we celebrate this milestone, we are reminded of our responsibility to continue bridging the gap between legal empowerment and community transformation. Our work will not stop here. We will keep advocating for migrant rights, supporting integration, mentoring future leaders, and building systems that reflect our shared values of faith, family, and service.

Thank you to the organisers of the UK–Zimbabwe Business Expo for this recognition, and to everyone who has supported our journey. Together, we are rewriting the narrative of migration , from one of struggle to one of strength, contribution, and hope.
